One of Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s assertions is that she is a regular person who can relate to the struggles of average Americans. She, like other misguided liberals, often has a difficult time proving this to be the case.
On Thursday, Clinton attempted to demonstrate how she was like the everyone else by taking a ride on the subway in New York. She had a bit of trouble getting through the turnstile using her Metro Card, and it took several tries for her to finally figure things out.
Conservative and “Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak didn’t waste any time slamming Clinton for trying to look like a regular person. Although he didn’t call her out by name, it’s fairly safe to assume Sajak was referencing Clinton and her little subway show.
In a post to Twitter, the game show host wrote: “Please, professional politicians, stop trying to prove you’re ‘regular people.’ If you have to prove it, you’re not.”
