Fox News’ senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano made the case on Wednesday that former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields stands very little chance of winning her sketchy case against GOP front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski.
“There’s no criminal behavior here, and this should be dismissed,” Napolitano said while speaking with commercial radio station KFTK radio host Jamie Allman. “This is not a case for the police and prosecutors.”
“If Michelle Fields feels that she was harmed by something that he did then she should sue him civilly,” Napolitano said.
“But to involve police and prosecutorial authorities in what was in effectively the morally equivalent of being jostled in a New York City subway, it’s absurd, and most judges would dismiss this without even requiring him to appear.”

Speaking on Fox Business Network later that same day, Napolitano slammed Fields for filing the case in the first place, arguing that “the courts, prosecutors and police in Florida ought to have better things to do to maintain public safety and protect our rights and our property than this.
“This is a case that should be dismissed by the courts and never should have been filed in the first place,” he said.. READ MORE
