ELDER PATRIOT – The New York Times’ headline at the top of their First Draft page reads, “Doctor Says Hillary Clinton Is ‘Fit to Serve.’”  Brevity in headlines is good so long as it conveys an accurate title for the story. Given Hillary’s ever deepening email scandals regarding classified information as Secretary of State, her total disregard of for those serving this country abroad most recently illustrated by ignoring those calling for help from our embassy in Benghazi, and the continuing revelations about the slush fund that just happens to be called the Clinton Global Initiative, a more accurate headline would’ve read, “Hillary Clinton is Fit to Serve Time in a Federal Prison.”

Rasmussen Reports, the highly regarded political pollster, released a poll finding only 33% of the electorate would vote for a third term for President Obama if he could run again.  It proves that while most Americans are dumb as dirt they eventually “get it.”  Of course the jury is still out on the 7% of Republicans who said they’d vote for a third Obama term.

National Review is featuring an article written by Myra Adams pointing out the scam that Social Security is and that benefits will be being reduced because…well, she never tells us.

Social Security is bankrupt because politicians simply cannot be trusted with money.  The more money they see the harder it is for them to resist taking it.  So it should come as no surprise that the massive amounts of money that they were supposed to be safeguarding for your retirement was used by them to…pay for cell phones for those who can’t afford them, or arming the DHS to the nines in case you complain too vociferously about their policy-making, or putting cameras on every traffic signal to spy on you, or paying for illegals to access our bankrupt entitlement system, or paying for colleges to study the mating habits of fruit flies, or helping corporations fatten their bottom line.

In fact, they got so crazy spending money they not only spent all of your retirement savings, they spent an additional 1.5 trillion dollars every year since Obama was inaugurated.  That’s about $10,000 per year per taxpayer on average.  Adding in the debt that Obama inherited, the average taxpayer is now indebted to private banking institutions in the amount of close to $125,000.

That’s only the half of it, folks.  The administration is considering ways to steal the money you have in your 401k’s.

The Washington Post has a story about Hillary Clinton’s gal pal and personal aide Huma Abedin.  It’s carefully crafted to make it appear that it’s much ado about nothing.

The W.P. attempts to reduce the story down to Ms. Abedin having received $9,857 in overpayments while at the State Department working for Mrs. Clinton and that a Republican investigation “could bolster Democratic claims that congressional Republicans are using their oversight role to hurt Clinton politically.”

If that were the case it would still be justified as Mrs. Clinton has been playing fast and loose with other people’s money since here days at the Rose Law Firm, probably even earlier, and it always rests on the opposition party to protect the people’s money from the party in power.  But that’s not the end of the story.

Ms. Abedin wasn’t only double-dipping while at State, she was triple-dipping holding down high-paying jobs with the Clinton Foundation and with Teneo a private firm led by Bill Clinton’s long-time friend.  Divided allegiances are improper for government employees.  It’s especially worrisome when the outside compensation dwarfs their compensation from their government job.

On top of that Huma was well aware that her email exchanges with Secretary of State Hillary were improperly being made on a private server.

This isn’t some manufactured scandal.  If it damages Ms. Clinton politically…well, she has it coming.  Remember, when Mrs. Clinton was a young lawyer assigned to the Watergate hearings and was simply thrilled to bring down Richard Nixon?

Instead of learning from that experience she became emboldened coming to believe that she was better and more important than others.  Her sense of entitlement is sickening.
