Media Report November 23rd 2015

ELDER PATRIOT – John Kasich appeared on Meet the Press yesterday where he questioned polls showing Donald Trump holding a commanding lead for the Republican presidential nomination over the rest of the candidates.

John, what is undeniable is that only 2.8% of the poll respondents support you.  That’s one-tenth of Trump’s support.  Either you have a problem with processing facts (that’s plausible given your inability to wrap your arms around both the illegal nature of the president’s Muslim invasion plans or the danger it poses to our safety) or you remain as a candidate to carry the water of the establishment in trashing Trump.  Either way you are relegating yourself to being a footnote to our coming history.

__________ has obtained an exclusive interview that Jaunita Broaddrick gave to Aaron Klein of New York’s AM 970 The Answer.  Broaddrick accused Bill Clinton of rape while he was still Arkansas’ Attorney General and was running for governor.

NBC News ran a very credible recounting by Broaddrick that checked out on all accounts.  The Clinton’s used their broad power to squash any further mainstream media discussion about his scurrilous behavior.

Broaddrick said she “almost died” when she recently saw a Clinton campaign ad in which Hillary said:  “You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed. We’re with you, …every survivor of sexual assault.

Broaddrick recounted a private meeting with Hillary where she strongly suggested she keep her mouth shut and be silent about her experience.

“The only thing that made me consider coming forward again at this time at my age is when I saw her on that Benghazi hearing. Which was really hard to look at. I always turn the channel when either one of them are on TV. But when I saw that look on her face. It was the very same look back in 1978. That lying look.”

FOX News reports the United Nations is planning to open an office in Washington D.C. with the expressed intention of influencing policy in as many ways as possible.  This includes, but is not limited to, involving itself in internationalizing our judicial system, our legislative processes, our foreign policy and our policies towards open borders and terrorism.

Americans should rally to block this development just as they rallied to block the building of a mosque at the site of the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan.

The only beneficiaries when this project comes to pass will be Supreme Court Justices Kennedy and Breyer who are intellectually lazy and will allow U.N. ideologues to write their decisions for them so that we, the people no longer have any control over our legislative processes through the electoral system.

The Washington Post reports that a “White Student Union” at the University of Illinois is challenging the foundations upon which the Black Lives Matter movement is built.

The group has been criticized for characterizing the BLM movement as having terrorist roots.  What’s to argue?  BLM call for “the lynching of whites and the killing of police” a few weeks back at a Texas rally where they made their remarks while heavily armed in an attempt to appear as threatening as possible.

Illinois interim chancellor Barbara Wilson is proving to be another liberal threat to civil society because of her fecklessness towards taking a principled stand for all of the students who attend the school and not just a handful of recalcitrant brats bent on throwing a baseless tantrum.  She called the Illini White Students Union Facebook page extremely disturbing because of this message:

“We feel they disrupt student daily life and activity far too much,” the page read.  They went on to say that the BLM movement marginalizes white students and that “we are in the United States and not Africa and we don’t desire to have an African flag on campus.”  That doesn’t sound very threatening to me when compared to the rhetoric coming from BLM and the segregated “safe spaces” the demand.  Frankly, if BLM were the subject of a Mel Brooks movie it would be a laughable parody on the importance of social movements.

University spokesperson Robin Kaler released this statement, “It is disturbing and cowardly that someone would create an anonymous and senseless social media page specifically designed to intimidate others…”  Obviously Kaler is so ideologically entrenched that she can’t see how accurately her statement applies to BLM.

Parents and students pay upwards of $35,000 dollars a year for an education at the University of Illinois.  The students have a right to attend classes in a peaceful environment and not have their semester interrupted by the vapid BLM activists who so far have nothing to base their claims of racism on other than hearsay and hurt feelings.

Hopefully, parents are crossing schools like the Universities of Missouri and Illinois off their lists of schools that have the morale foundations to warrant sending their children there at a cost of $150,000 for four years.

Politico reports on a Pew Research Center’s Religious Landscape survey that signals a distressing finding: White Christians are no longer a majority in America with just 46% of Americans now falling into that group.

Liberals have achieved their goal of marginalizing our Judeo-Christian roots so that they may now replace the church with government as our final moral authority.

The words of Founding Father John Adams come to mind; “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” The religious people Adams was referring to are those with Judeo-Christian roots and not those who believe in Sharia law.  May God help us find our way again.
