VIA| Paris Jackson, the 17-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson, fired back at negative commenters on her Instagram this week but what she revealed about her personal life is the most shocking.

Jackson lashed out at the “ridiculous” expectations that fans have set for her and her family and admitted that attending AA meetings is part of her life. “This is fucking ridiculous. I am expected to literally sit on my ass all day replying to comments people leave me (positive and negative)? I have AA meeting to go to. Family obligations. PERSONAL obligations,” she wrote.

She continued her rant and accused fans of putting her through the same pressures her famous father endured.

“It’s so selfish that I am literally attacked on every fucking thing I post just because people that I DON’T EVEN KNOW aren’t getting what they want…I appreciate the love and support, but the expectations are fucking ridiculous. The expectations for my DAD were f–king ridiculous. He didn’t owe you anything, yet he was ripped to shreds DAILY. I will not let that happen to me.”

Jackson first gained notoriety after she reportedly attempted suicide and was open about her battle with depression. She spent some time in a boarding school in Utah. After Michael Jackson’s death, she and her brothers, Michael, 18 and Blanket, 13 have been living with relatives but spent most of the time with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson and cousin, T.J. Jackson.
