ELDER PATRIOT – Once again it falls to the American people to defend the world against the imperialist drive of tyrannical leaders. As was the case leading up to World War II, Europe has proven itself unwilling and incapable of standing firm against despotism.
The difference this time is that the forces aligned against the interests of freedom is virtually a complete list of the nations of the world, including the nations of Europe, as the drive to a new world order is poised to realize fruition within the next decade.
Under this re-alignment, nation states will continue to exist but they will be managed from one central command and control point and satellite points will be charged with carrying out the decisions handed to them similar to the way mega corporations manage their various operating divisions. Elections will be largely meaningless as those elected will lack any decision-making authority, vested only with the right to negotiate on behalf of their electors.
In many ways the presidencies of George W. Bush and Barack Obama funded the economic growth of those now challenging our nation’s sovereignty by having transferred over twenty trillion dollars in American wealth to these foreign interests.
Now, as the ascendancy of Donald Trump threatens American participation in this global realignment the world leaders who have orchestrated this abandonment of national sovereignty are expressing their alarm that Americans could be so xenophobic and bigoted. Rather than engage in reasoned dialogue with carefully measured intellectual arguments they resort to name-calling. That’s because they cannot reasonably explain to Americans why they should toss aside the freedoms and hard work of their ancestors to become poorer and less influential on the world stage.
Reuters today makes the case that foreign diplomats from every corner of the globe – the same foreign diplomats responsible for advancing the new world order – have become increasingly alarmed by the prospect of a Trump presidency.
According to Reuters, “European and Middle Eastern government representatives have expressed dismay to U.S. officials about anti-Muslim declarations by Trump that they say are being used in recruiting pitches by the Islamic State and other violent jihadist groups.” There is no further explanation as to why Islamic crazies would be rushing to enlist when someone with the means to crush their movement is actually promising to do it.
The article suggests that the entire world is aligned against Trump but when pressed for answers as to why they find his policies so threatening the best these diplomats could muster was name-calling, xenophobic, bigoted, ignorant, racist and absurd. They were not asked to defend the growing nightmare that Europeans now face for having embraced the very policies that Trump stands against.
In 1940 Winston Churchill addressed the House of Commons to warn of Hitler’s expanding imperial empire, “Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilization.”
Like Churchill did in pre-war England, Donald Trump has taken to task those spineless politicians who possess neither the courage nor intellectual depth necessary to defend our Constitutionally guaranteed liberties. Or, who stand to benefit financially or with a place in the power structure of the new order by ushering in a new era of American slavery.
Whether the intent of those directing the new global order is malicious or not is immaterial, it is setting the foundation for a regime that some day will be. The man who penned our Constitution, James Madison wrote:
“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”
Among the candidates only Trump has had the courage to challenge those who would put an end to American sovereignty and continue the Balkanization of her people. Whether Trump is unnecessarily xenophobic or correctly sounding the final warning for the republic and her liberties that our Founders’ envisioned and sacrificed so much to establish will play out over the next decade. The stakes are high and it will be left to the voters to decide if they are willing to risk electing a politician who might put a dagger in the heart of our American experiment.
