ELDER PATRIOT - Whether we debate immigration, profligate government spending, health care, or foreign agreements we are led to ask, “Are President Barack Obama, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner foreign operatives working to destroy the United States?” There’s little evidence to the contrary and mounting evidence of a conspiracy among them to trash American interests here and abroad.
The passage of the Iranian nuclear deal is only the most recent proof that they do not represent the interests of the American people in even the smallest way. Past British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, the iconic example of a naïve negotiator who gave away the farm, left his meeting with Adolph Hitler having been assured that peace was their mutual goal during their 1938 Munich conference following Germany’s annexation of parts of Czechoslovakia.
To the contrary, this deal hadn’t even been voted on in the United States Senate and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khameni was spewing his hatred towards the United States and Israel openly declaring “Death to America” and threatening war with Israel: “God willing there will be no Zionist regime in 25 years.” This is nothing new. From the beginning of his reign of terror in 1989, Khameni has been consistent in his rhetoric calling for the “annihilation and destruction of the Zionist state.”
Regardless, McConnell and Boehner orchestrated the parliamentary chicanery that turned the U.S. Constitution upside down so that this treaty could pass with only 33 votes rather than the 67 the Constitution requires, in the process giving $100 billion and a path to nuclear weapons to Iran while not even securing the return of the four U.S. hostages that Iran is holding. If this sounds like a complete giveaway it is. We received nothing in return. Nothing.
McConnell and Boehner can now go to bed at night content with knowing they have helped President Obama funnel $100 billion of taxpayer money to the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism even as the Ayatollah Khameni vowed they have no plans to change their ways: “During this period, the spirit of fighting, heroism and jihad will keep you worried every moment.”
Less extreme elements within Iran had previously warned that the $100 billion would be directed to their militias and terror proxies in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Yemen as well as increasing their support of Hamas and Hezbollah. McConnell and Boehner knew this and chose to turn a deaf ear.
It would be almost impossible to predict a scenario where at least some of this money isn’t used to fund terrorist acts against our allies in Israel and Europe, and even here in the United States making it impossible to reconcile the actions of Obama, McConnell and Boehner unless their plan is to plant the seeds for a world war.
Under the leadership of Obama, McConnell and Boehner, the Patriot Act was strengthened and the National Defense Authorization Act was passed ostensibly to protect us from terrorism. In the process our Bill of Rights has been shredded, Americans have been turned into suspicious strangers in their own land, and a police state has emerged at a cost to the American taxpayer in the $100’s of billions. The government’s control over ordinary American citizens can only be explained if those in power are expecting resistance to their future plans.
It’s simply impossible to resolve the conflicting actions of Obama, McConnell and Boehner unless their plan is to plant the seeds for a world war. What could be their reason? During war international bankers and major corporations tap the treasuries of the world’s nation states even more egregiously than they are presently. Obama, McConnell and Boehner have already shown their fidelity to these moneyed interests with virtually every piece of legislation they have mutually supported to the detriment of the American people.
Maybe that’s why only 21% of the American people support these three conspirators on the Iran deal.
