KIRSTERS BAISH| This guy just won’t quit it. Former President Barack Obama can’t get it through his thick skull that he is no longer head honcho. Since his departure from the White House, Obama has been spending his time travelling the world to do one thing, destroy President Donald Trump’s reputation. His intentions are clear and calculated, and although it is easy to see through his “nice guy” façade, the left is still infatuated with this prick.
Obama’s most recent stunts have put him in boiling hot water with the Republican Party. We all know that during the last six months since Obama has left office he has been travelling the world meeting with foreign leaders, which is pretty infuriating considering he is no longer the President. One recent meeting has him in so much trouble that he could face jail time. It was reported by Cons Journal that Barack Obama met with South Korean President Moon Jae-In this past week. The meeting consisted of conversation about Moon’s idea to pursue sanctions and dialogue to deal with North Korea’s nuclear program once and for all. The kicker? Moon asked Obama for advice on creating a strong relationship with President Trump after discussing the outcome of his recent meeting with Trump.
Why the hell would Moon ask Obama for advice on how to get close to Trump? I’m pretty sure it’s fairly well known around the world that Obama and Trump don’t exactly like each other. I mean, why would Obama like Trump? He’s utilizing his time in office to fix problems that Obama made, and in doing so outing Obama for the lying villain he is.
The illegal part of it? Obama directly violated the Logan Act, which can be classified under treason. This is a huge deal. For a Former President to completely go against his own country AND the new President is unheard of.
The Logan Act as defined by Cornell Law School goes as follows:
“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
Unfortunately for Obama, he can’t play the “I didn’t know” card, because as Former President of the United States he DEFINITELY knew exactly what he was doing, he simply didn’t care. It’s too soon to say whether anything will come of this major violation, but for the true patriots who already saw through Obama’s fake exterior, all this did was validate what we already knew about him. There are so many things that Obama has done to violate the standards of the United States, but this really takes the cake. Let’s hope that this is a step towards defeating the man who spent his entire presidency creating a racial divide in America and singlehandedly destroying our healthcare system (among other things).
