KIRSTERS BAISH| For a group of people who preach women’s rights the leftists outright attacked Makenna Greenwald after she acted in defense of President Donald Trump.
Greenwald posted pictures of herself on her Instagram account cleaning off President Trump’s Hollywood star after leftists desecrated it. You guessed it, the left was quick to attack the young patriot for trying to show respect for the President of the United States.
In her own defense Makenna appeared on Fox News Monday night.
Makenna stated on air:
“I think that we should have more respect from both sides of the aisle, and I was blown away by how much disrespect that I got, how rude people were to me, for a simple act of cleaning up our president, who is the highest office of the land.”
The young lady went on to say that she believed that “he should be respected, whether it’s his Hollywood star or just talking about him in public.”
Greenwald explains that she was a tourist visiting the city when she saw President Trump’s star defiled with sharpie drawings and writing. She immediately took make-up remover wipes out of her purse and began to clean up the star. She didn’t think much of her actions at the time, however, she did mention that she thought it was strange that no one else had attempted to clean up the star prior.
Greenwald states that she was “blown away by how much disrespect” she was shown. It’s truly shocking that fellow Americans taunted her and made fun of her for cleaning up a tribute to the leader of our great nation. You have to stop and think, if this was Obama’s star and this happened while he was in office how many people in Hollywood would have stopped to clean it up? It’s scary to think that we live in a world where you can be publicly ridiculed for doing the right thing. It just goes to show you that no matter how innocent the act, liberals will always find a way to trash conservatives. Although Makenna was shocked by the backlash that she received after defending the President of the United States she remained composed and positive. Showing her support for President Trump was a brave thing for Makenna to do in a world where leftists are out to destroy anyone who disagrees with them. Go Makenna!
